These policies govern purchases made on the independent Siam Supper store. By buying a digital cookbook from our collection, you agree to these terms.
Terms of sale & pricing
All cookbook prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are processed securely. Digital products are delivered immediately after a successful checkout. Taxes are automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your local jurisdiction.
Digital delivery
Thai Royal Cook Book volumes are sold exclusively as digital PDF downloads. No physical book will be shipped. Once payment is confirmed by Stripe, your PDF file(s) will be emailed directly to the address you provided at checkout. Please save your file securely on your device or cloud storage.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of immediate digital delivery, all sales are final once a file has been successfully downloaded. If you experience difficulty downloading, opening, or accessing the files, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a replacement link or assist in resolving the issue.
Privacy & payment security
Your payments are securely processed by Stripe. Siam Supper does not collect, process, or store credit card details. We only store customer emails, order dates, and download analytics to deliver the digital products and provide customer support. Your email will never be sold or shared.
